Increasingly they have seemed to feel more clever than the Haafiz , the

Allah Almighty has said that a solution if we quarrel because of different
opinions about something then follow and obey local amri ulil that the jurists
who faqih in understanding the Qur'an and Sunnah .
Word of Allah Ta'ala which means " O ye who believe! Ta'atilah
ta'atilah Apostle of Allah and ( His ) , and ulil amri among you . Then if you
differ on something , then return it to the God he ( Al - Quran ) and Prophet (
Sunnah ) , if you truly believe in Allah and the Last Day . That is good
(advantageous ) and better in the end " (Surat an-Nisa [ 4 ] : 59 )
Who ulil amri which must be obeyed by the Muslims ?
Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam is the figure of scholars and umara at
once . So did the first four caliphs as Sayyidina Abu Bakr , Sayyidina Umar , Sayyidina
Sayyidina Ali Ustman and radhiyallahuanhum , as well as some of the descendants
of the Umayyad caliphs and Bani Abbas.
However, in the subsequent development of Islamic history , very rarely do
we get a state leader who truly understand about Islam . From here , start to
separate between scholars and umara .
Ibn `Abbas as stated by Imam Thobari in his commentary has said that ulil
amri which is adhered to fiqh experts or scholars who master the laws of God .

Forbid taqlid and ijtihad or ittiba oblige ' in the sense of following the

joints in the life of this world .
Advancing the argument of the fatwa against ordinary people are not the
same as moving it forward . ( see ad- Dimyathi Hasyiyah ' ala Sharh al -
Waraqat it 23 in row 12 ) .
If the layman accept their argument that suggests the fatwa he tantamount
to the lay person who does not accept the Fatwa with arguments presented . In a
sense they are both muqallid , equally taqlid and memerima without knowing the
opinions of their argument .
The so-called muttabi ' " not muqallid " in terms istidlal
ushuliyyin is an expert ( mujtahid ) who received the opinions of others
because he is as expert istidlal with all the ability to know the opinion of
that person 's argument .
As for those who accept others 'opinions about a fatwa to listen or read
the arguments of the opinion of the receiver when it is not or does not include
expert istidlal then he does not include muttabi ' which has been freed from
the bonds of taqlid .
In short ittiba meaning ' who is actually in terms of ijtihad is a mujtahid
ushuliyyin follow another mujtahid ijtihad .

Therefore, after the Imam 's school life is four , the mufti of the people
to make the faqih fatwa always refer to one of the four Imam 's school .
Allah ta'ala says which means "People who earlier again first thing (
to Islam ) from the class of Emigrants and Helpers and those who followed them

provide for their gardens with rivers flowing in it for ever . They will abide

follow Salafush Sholeh . While the people who follow Salafush Sholeh earliest
and foremost is that four schools of Imam .
Indeed, there is a school other than the school of Imam but in reality four
scholars who have knowledge and dirayah riwayah School of Imam others have
found difficult in the present .
Surely we follow or taqlid to the school of the four Imams with reference
to the Qur'an and Sunnah . The school of the four priests ought to be followed
by the Muslims because jumhur scholars have agreed on the past and present as
competent scholars as Absolute Mujtahid Imam , or leader of ijtihad imams and
Muslim istinbat .
Another plus , Imam sect which four are still met with Salafush Sholeh
.
For example, Imam Shafi ' i ~ vol ~ is a
fairly wide school of priests insight as to meet or bertalaqqi ( Koran )

" is the pious scholars who follow one of the four Imams School .
The pious scholars who follow the School of the four Imams were pious
scholars who have sanad interconnectedness of science ( teacher sanad ) Imam
School with the four or the pious scholars who have knowledge and dirayah
riwayah of the four Imams School .
So bermazhab with the schools of the four Imams is a necessity for the
Muslims who no longer met the Prophet and Salafush Sholeh .
The people who left the school of the four Imams are often express opinions
like " we have to follow the hadeeth . Not follow scholars . Al - Imam Al
- Shafi'i himself said , " al - hadith shahha Idza fahuwa mazhabi ( if it
is a saheeh hadeeth , the hadeeth that mazhabku ) " .
Many people who do not understand the words he correctly . So , if she
found an authentic hadith which, according to their understanding contrary to
the opinion of the respective Shafi implies that the opinion that school was
not true , as Imam Shafi'i himself said that the hadeeth is his sect . Or when
someone finds a saheeh hadeeth , is concerned directly claimed , that this is
Shafi .
Imam Al - Nawawi agreed with his teacher and said , " ( Speech of Al -
Shafi'i ) is only for people who have reached a degree of Mujtahid schools . Condition
: it must be assured that al - Shafi'i hadith do not know it or do not know (
status ) validity. And this can only be done after reviewing all the books of
Al - Shafi'i and his students books . This condition is very severe , and very
few people are able to fulfill . They require this because al - Shafi'i often
leave a hadith which he encountered as a result of defects in it , or mansukh ,

Al - Nawawi also reminded Ibn Khuzaimah speech , " I do not find an
authentic hadith but does not mention al - Syafii in their books . " He
said , " The greatness of Ibn Khuzaimah and priesthood in the hadith and
fiqh , and will penguasaanya utterances Al - Syafii , very famous . " [

Let us remember

Neither the Shia Zaidiyah considers the need for continuity of ijtihad . In that sense , the doors of ijtihad must be opened as wide .
They argue with the opinion of Imam Syaukani : " Someone who only rely on taqlid ( following a particular view ) all his life will never ask the original source of" Qur'an and Hadith " , and he just said to the leader of his school . One Zaydiyya scholars , Imam Ahmad as- Syarafiy ( d. 1055 H ) asserts that : " Shiites Zaidiyah divided into three groups , namely : Batriyah , Jaririyah , and Garudiyah . And supposedly there are sects divide Zaidiyah to : Shalihiyah , Sulaimaniyah and Jarudiyah . And the view is basically the same as Shalihiyah Batriyyah view . And the fact is Jarririyah Sulaymaniyah sect . So the third sect is Zaydiyya Shiite factions in the early era . Even this third sect is not affiliated to the Ahlu Bait offspring at all . They merely advocate imam Zaid weight when the revolution against the Umayyads , and they present with Zaid priest " .
According to Dr. . Samira al - Mukhtar in his Laitsi ( Jihad as- Shiite ) , three sect is a Shi'ite group Zaydiyya in the reign of the Abbasid . And the majority of them took part in the revolution imam Zaid . And the third sect considered to be the most progressive and popular and growing rapidly at the time . And after the second century , the Shiite movement Zaidiyah which appears on the surface only Garudiyah sect . This is because no discovery of the views ascribed to other Zaidiyah Shiite sect .
In essence they are no longer following Zaydiyya founders , they follow the results of ijtihad their own priests .
Neither sect of descendants of the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam grandson Imam Ja'far as - Sadiq ra . He is a recognized expert mujtahid and Sunnah . The Islamic world does not recognize the ability and not the greatness of Imam Ja'far as - Sadiq ra as mujtahidin , because in addition to the Islamic thinker who has high dignity in the level of knowledge , he was classified as a pious scholars . Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam said : " Allah does not raise above my ummah astray . And the hand of God with the congregation . Anyone who distort ( menyempal ) , then he strayed ( menyempal ) to hell " . ( Narrated by Tirmidhi : 2168 ) .
Al - Haafiz Ibn Hajar rahimahullah in XII/37 Fathul Bari Imam Tabari rahimahullah quoting words which states : " Saying people ( ie the scholars ) , that the congregation is as- sawadul a'zham ( Muslim majority ) "
Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam said " Verily my Ummah will not agree on error. Therefore , if you see a dispute then follow as- Sawad al a'zham ( the majority of the Muslims ) . " ( HR.Ibnu Majah , Abdullah bin Hamid , at Tabarani , al Lalika'i , Abu Nu'aim . According to Al Haafiz As Suyuti in Jamius Shoghir , this is Saheeh hadith ) .

Of al Azroq bin Qois , Syarik
bin Shihab said , "I hope to meet with one of the companions of Muhammad
who could tell me the hadith about the Khawarij . One
day I met Abu Barzah who was with a group of the Companions . I

Khawarij " . He
said , "I'll tell to you a hadith which itself heard by both ears and seen
by my eyes . "
Some of the dinar submitted to the Prophet and he split it . There
is a shaved head and no black former prostrate between the eyes ( on his
forehead ) . He
wore two pieces of white cloth . He
came to the Prophet from the right with the expectation that the Prophet gave
him a dinar , but he did not give . He
then said , "O Muhammad this day you do not divide equally" . Hearing his words , the Prophet
was furious. He
said , " By Allah , when I die you will not find a more equitable than
myself " . Thus
he repeat three times . Then
he said, " Going out of the east the people who like the look of them. He was part of them . They
read the Qur'an , but the Qur'an does not pass their throats . They
darted from the religion as an arrow shot from the target animal after going
through it and then they do not return to the religion . " (Reported by Ahmad, no 19798 )
Ahmad ash showi said , "
It is not intended by the verse ( Surah Al- Fath [ 48 ] : 29 ) is the act as
fools and artisan riya ' is a black mark on the forehead because that is the
hallmark of Khawarij " ( Hasyiahash Shawi 4/134 , Dar al -Fikr )
Of Mansur , I asked Mujahid regarding
the intent of the word of God , ' the signs they appear on their face from the
former prostration ' ( Surah Al Fath [ 48 ] : 29 ) What that means is the
former in the face ? He
answers , "No , there is even a ' ship ' that is between his eyes is like
a " ship " that exist in camel knee but he is depraved people . The
sign actually meant kekhusyu'an " ( History Bayhaqi in Sunan Kubro No.
3702 )
From Ibn 'Umar , he saw there a
man prostrate on his forehead are scars . Ibn
Umar said , "O servant of Allah, that one's appearance lies in his face . You
should not speak ill of your looks ! " (Reported by al-Bayhaqi in Sunan
Kubro No. 3699 ) .
Nadhr of Abu Salim , a man who
came to Ibn Umar . After
greeting the people , Ibn 'Umar asked him , " Who are you ? " . " I was a child
asuhmu " , the man replied . Ibn
'Umar saw no trace of prostration black between the eyes . He
said to him , " Used what is in between your eyes ? Indeed,
I have long been friends with the Prophet , Abu Bakr , Umar and Uthman . Did
you see the scars on my forehead there ? " (Reported by al-Bayhaqi in
Sunan Kubro No. 3698 )
The commentators generally
expressed that " looks on their faces from the former prostration " (
Surah Al- Fath [ 48 ] : 29 ) is on their faces look their faith and purity of
heart.
Certainly not everyone who has
a black mark former prostrate between the eyes or on the forehead are Khawarij
.
According to Al - Hasan Al-
Basri , Khawarij are hypocrites that likes to show signs of worship but
depraved as arrogant and feel more clever than others
Prophet said : " Pride is
rejecting the truth and underestimate others . " ( Saheeh , HR . Muslims
no. 91 of hadith Abdullah bin Mas'ud )
Prophet sallallaahu alaihi
wasallam said , " There is no person enter Paradise in whose hearts there
is a mustard seed of pride . vanity
is rejecting the truth and underestimating the human " ( Narrated by
Muslim )
In a hadith Qudsi , the Prophet
sallallaahu alaihi wasallam said , " Allah said , is the greatness and the
vanity is my sarong clothes . Whoever took
it ( from me ) then I torture him " . (Narrated
by Muslim )
Prophet sallallaahu ' alaihi
wasallam said : " Glory is His gloves and scarves His vanity is . Those
who oppose me , then I will mengadzabnya . " (Muslim)
A man asked the Prophet
sallallaahu alaihi wasallam " Muslim experts is how most good ? "
" When others do not ( threatened ) hurt by the hand and his tongue
," replied the Prophet sallallaahu alaihi wasallam .
Prophet sallallaahu aliahi
wasallam said , "no straight faith of a servant so that his heart straight
, and there is no heart so straight tongue straight " . ( Narrated by Ahmad )
Sayyidina Umar advised , "
Do not ever be fooled by the cries of a person ( propaganda voice / tone loud)
